We carefully handcraft each soap in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Handmade products may occasionally require additional processing time during high order volume.

Shipping

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review your request and work with you to find a solution.
